About HaulerCheck

HaulerCheck is a free pre-check of Texas motor carriers built from FMCSA public records. Freight brokers, shippers and carriers use it to see a company's dockets, operating authority, insurance filings and safety history in one place, with the source date of every item and a link to the official record to confirm it.

HaulerCheck is an independent website, not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Transportation, FMCSA or any carrier or broker, and it does not sell placement or change data for payment.

What it is for, and what it is not

A report helps you decide what to check before booking a load. It is not a carrier vetting service, a safety rating or a guarantee. A green check means the FMCSA record shows something; it does not confirm the identity of the person you are dealing with or that a policy covers your load.

How the data is handled

We download FMCSA's public datasets, combine them per company, and label every section with its source and date. We do not edit company records by hand. Errors are fixed either at the source (FMCSA) or in how we display the data; see report an error.
