The 7-day trial opens the newest file on the day you start and each morning's file after it, up to 20 downloads a day; the files from before it open with the first payment. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged. Payment through Polar, our merchant of record. The data is for your own outreach under the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA and Do Not Call rules (terms).

Questions

Can I get only one- and two-truck carriers?

Yes. In your account, set the fleet size (1 truck, or 2 to 5) and save it: the morning email then has only those carriers. Every row also has the power units, for your spreadsheet.

Is this a load board?

No. A load board shows loads; this shows the carriers that just got authority and have no dispatcher yet.

When does the file arrive?

After FMCSA's morning update is imported and compared with the day before, usually by 8am Central. The email links the CSV; the same link works from a script.

Where does the data come from?

FMCSA's public files, downloaded every day: the company census and the authority and insurance records. HaulerCheck republishes public records and is not affiliated with FMCSA.

Can I get only my states?

Yes. In your account, pick any states, a fleet size, the events and whether a row must have an email or a cell phone. See the rows, download them as Excel or CSV, and save the filters: your morning email follows them.

What may I do with the list?

Your own company's outreach, within the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA (the cell column is a cell phone) and Do Not Call rules. The list is not for resale.

How do I cancel?

From your account at any time. During the 7-day trial nothing is charged; after it, the plan renews monthly until you cancel.
