Report an error or remove a listing

The FMCSA record itself is wrong

We publish what FMCSA publishes, so the fix has to happen at the source. Carriers update their company details, fleet size and contact information through the MCS-150 in Motus. Insurance filings are corrected by your insurance company. Our pages pick up the change on the next refresh after FMCSA publishes it.

Our page shows something different from FMCSA

If FMCSA's record is correct but our page is not, for example a wrong city, a duplicated policy or an outdated status, email support@haulercheck.com with your USDOT number, the page address and what is wrong. We reply within 3 business days and tell you what we changed.

Remove a listing

Sole proprietors whose business address is their home can ask us to remove their listing by emailing support@haulercheck.com from an address we can verify, with the USDOT number. We do not publish e-mail addresses or the names of company officers.
