For factoring companies

Reach new carriers the week their authority goes active.

A carrier chooses its factor in its first weeks: the first load pays in 30 to 60 days and fuel is due now. Every morning you get every carrier FMCSA granted authority the day before, with the owner's name, phone, cell and email.

What you get

Built for factoring companies

Every row is a company that appeared in FMCSA's records the day before, with what you need to reach it and qualify it.

See 25 from your state
  • Authority granted yesterday, with the MC and USDOT numbers and the status this morning.
  • Owner, business phone, cell (marked for the TCPA), email and street address.
  • Fleet size and drivers: owner-operators apart from fleets with an office.
  • Reinstatements marked apart from first grants: they usually have a factor already.
  • The full record behind each row: insurance on file, inspections, risk level, so you qualify before the call.
  • One state or all; the same file every morning; any past day.

How it works

From FMCSA's files to your CRM, overnight

  1. 1

    FMCSA updates its records

A company registers a USDOT number, or its operating authority goes active in Motus, usually weeks after it applied.

  2. 2

    We build the list overnight

We download FMCSA's files, compare every record with the day before, and put the owner, phone, cell, email, address and fleet on one row.

  3. 3

You get the file by 8am Central

One email with the CSV's link, the whole country or one state, ready for your CRM or dialer. Any past day stays available.

Questions

Why not wait for the carrier to call?

New carriers call the factor whose name they saw first. The first broker load comes within days of the grant and the first cash gap within weeks; the reps who call in the first week set the terms.

How current is the list?

Built every morning from FMCSA's files of the day before: an authority granted yesterday is on today's list.

When does the file arrive?

After FMCSA's morning update is imported and compared with the day before, usually by 8am Central. The email links the CSV; the same link works from a script.

Where does the data come from?

FMCSA's public files, downloaded every day: the company census and the authority and insurance records. HaulerCheck republishes public records and is not affiliated with FMCSA.

Can I get only my states?

Yes. In your account, pick any states, a fleet size, the events and whether a row must have an email or a cell phone. See the rows, download them as Excel or CSV, and save the filters: your morning email follows them.

What may I do with the list?

Your own company's outreach, within the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA (the cell column is a cell phone) and Do Not Call rules. The list is not for resale.

How do I cancel?

From your account at any time. During the 7-day trial nothing is charged; after it, the plan renews monthly until you cancel.
