What the site is

HaulerCheck republishes public records from the U.S. Department of Transportation and FMCSA so that people can read them more easily. It is an independent website and is not affiliated with any government agency, carrier or broker.

No warranty

The information is provided "as is" and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, for example because FMCSA has not yet published a change or because a record was matched to the wrong company. Every report shows the source and date of each item. You are responsible for confirming authority, insurance and identity with FMCSA, the company and its insurer before you rely on them. We do not guarantee that a company is safe, legitimate, insured or authorized for a particular load.

Not a consumer report

HaulerCheck is not a consumer reporting agency, and the information on this site is not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You may not use it to decide on anyone's eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing or any other purpose covered by the FCRA.

Acceptable use

You may look up and share individual reports. Do not use automated tools to copy the site in bulk, overload it, or use the information to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaulerCheck is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, the information on this site, including losses from freight fraud, cargo loss or business decisions.
