Who handles the payment?
Payments run through Polar, our merchant of record. Polar takes the card payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies, and sends the receipt and invoices.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
How do I cancel?
On your watchlist page choose Manage subscription, then cancel. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for; after that your alerts cover the first five companies on your list again.
When do alerts arrive?
Once a day, after FMCSA publishes new data and we have compared every record. One e-mail lists all changes on your companies; days without changes send nothing.
Can I rely on an alert to book a load?
An alert tells you a record changed. Before booking, confirm authority and insurance on FMCSA's own Motus system, as with any report on this site.
